Rental prices described herein are intended for the event; they are not a daily charge. Kilt Rental .com intends to work with you, and your requirements, to make your event a pleasant experience.
Kilt Rental .com policy is to deliver your package a few days prior to your event, to ensure that everything is right. In the event of a problem, such as an improper fit, we will try to rectify the problem through a mutual exchange. Free FedEx Ground shipping in the continental USA. Ground surcharge for Alaska and Hawaii is $15. For faster service add the following: $10 for 2nd Day Air, $25 for Priority Overnight, and $15 for Saturday delivery. A prepaid FedEx Ground return label is enclosed for your convenience, and to ensure prompt and reliable service. Out-of-state ($15), Colorado ($10), Alaska and Hawaii ($30).
Rental merchandise is to be returned by the customer to an authorized FedEx/Kinko's Center before 5 p.m., on the first business day following the event, unless prior agreement has been made with Kilt Rental .com. To compensate for lost business, rental merchandise not received within 5 business days shall be subject to a late fee of $50/day, to be charged to your account, unless the problem lies with the shipper. Rental merchandise not returned within 10 business days after your event shall be charged the full retail price of $1,300 for a complete outfit, or $700 for a partial outfit to your account. Bottom-line: if there is a problem returning the merchandise just call us toll free at (877) 737-5458; we will try to accommodate you, but need to know when the merchandise will be returned (other customers may/may not be depending on it). Note that FedEx provides free tracking numbers that give status and proof of delivery. On full and partial rental packages you are requested to rebox rented merchandise after use and return shipment on the first business day following your event. For a list of FedEx drop-off locations (i.e., neighborhood Kinko's and other authorized FedEx shippers), including detailed maps, and driving directions, visit FedEx.com, or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX, 1-800-463-3339. They can assist you in returning your shipment FedEx provides free tracking numbers that give status and proof of delivery.
Rental merchandise returned torn, permanently stained or soiled, shall be subject to either a repair charge, or a purchase at full retail price, less rental price, to your account, at Kilt Rental .com's discretion.
HOTEL GUESTS! - we recommend that you hide the Kilt Rental .com return box (with prepaid return label), in the closet so the maid does not discard it.
